Parent Volunteers
We know you love to volunteer for scorekeeping, scoreboard and field prep, but we are always looking for volunteers to help in a variety of areas such as Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Picture Day, Finance and Bookkeeping, Website, and more. You’ll see all the roles listed in your players registration form. If you have any of these skills and would like to contribute please check the box(es)!
Umpires
All of our alumni are invited to continue with Beacon Hill Baseball as umpires. Our umpire program has been augmented to include a dedicated UIC who will oversee ongoing training and feedback. Reference letters are available for those looking to secure their first job! Stay tuned for an umpire registration coming soon!
Player Registration and Funding
Please register your player according to their league age, even if your player has ‘played up’ a division in the past. Team and Divisional adjustments will be made after assessments.
Before the start of the season there will be assessments for players League Age 7 to 12 so that teams can be formed; (some players may be moved up into a higher division based on their ability)
Note: as in previous years, funding support is available via KidSport or JumpStart. No player will be denied the opportunity to play due to financial reasons. Please contact registrar@beaconhillball.com if you have any questions.
